Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students who are pursuing licensure, guiding them through clinical challenges and supporting their professional development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families addressing diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately while maintaining confidentiality in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying abreast of the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and advancements in the field.

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to practice as a mental health therapist.

• Current professional liability insurance, ensuring you have the protection and support necessary to provide therapeutic services.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing supervision to clinical practicum students or interns is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to rewarding your expertise and contributions.
