Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to their mental health needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, enhancing their emotional resilience and coping mechanisms.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, depending on client needs.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care, contributing to integrated treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
