Healing Hearts Counseling is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team in a full-time remote capacity. As a therapist in our community health clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide critical mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate through a variety of mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

This therapist position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling primarily during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, evaluating patients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective individualized and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a safe community space for patients to share experiences and support one another.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services, guiding patients through mental health emergencies with immediate support and action plans.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available support resources within the community.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Stay abreast of recent research developments and advancements in mental health therapy to continually improve treatment offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, catering to individuals from various backgrounds facing a spectrum of mental health issues. Your efforts will be vital in creating personalized treatment experiences that resonate with each patient's unique circumstances and cultural context.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and mental health disorders.
\n
• Exceptional skills in conducting assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly with varied populations.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities, necessary for building rapport with patients and team members.
\n
• Sound judgment and a strong commitment to maintaining ethical professional boundaries.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as basic computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid track record of patient care.

• Experience in providing therapy to children and adolescents is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
