Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and identify their needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

• Participate in team meetings and peer consultations to enhance care strategies and engage in case reviews, fostering ongoing professional development.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and available treatment options to empower them on their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and relational problems. You will work closely with clients of all ages, ranging from children to adults, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys and prioritizing their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid professional license to practice in Oregon, such as: \n
