Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to mental health workers and therapy assistants, ensuring the quality of care provided aligns with our clinical standards.

• Collaborate with various community professionals to develop cross-system treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy in diverse settings—whether one-on-one, in groups, or as part of community outreach programs.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, assessing urgency and providing necessary interventions to meet immediate patient needs.

• Conduct client intake assessments, formulating appropriate diagnoses using the DSM V criteria and developing tailor-made treatment plans.

• Integrate evidence-based therapeutic models such as behavior modification and brief therapy into sessions to enhance patient outcomes.

• Educate and train community members and team members on critical clinical topics, emphasizing the importance of mental health literacy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
