Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, to support individuals, families, and groups.

• Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrative care, providing input and guidance that aligns with our holistic approach.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress, employing your expertise to deescalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness, providing educational resources, and reducing stigma associated with mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Hold a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients and their families.
\n
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competency to effectively engage with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Show proficiency in time management, with the capability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on mental health therapy.

• Experience in using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy services effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
