Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans that reflect individual circumstances and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in delivering therapeutic services through telehealth methods, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns for individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrative and coordinated client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying effective strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.

• Engage in community outreach programs and conduct workshops aimed at enhancing public awareness of mental health issues and reducing stigma within the community.

You will work with a diverse client population, which may include individuals from varying ethnic backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or Doctor’s level degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrable skills in effective communication and interpersonal relationships, facilitating rapport with clients while creating a supportive environment.

• Cultural competency to engage successfully with clients from various backgrounds, respecting the complexity of their experiences.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner as part of best practice workflows.

• Previous experience in community mental health settings, particularly with a telehealth focus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your skills, experience, and credentials.
