Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client mental health status meticulously using established diagnostic criteria, establishing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

• Engage in crisis intervention by swiftly analyzing critical situations, ensuring appropriate treatment referrals while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

• Evaluate clients for potential medication referrals and actively participate in their ongoing treatment assessments to promote overall wellness.

• Collect detailed patient histories and conduct diagnostic assessments, forming tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate the intake process, effectively gathering relevant family histories, providing immediate crisis intervention, and managing case referrals to specialists as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, reviewing cases and treatment strategies to monitor client progress and contribute to the comprehensive progress reports.

• Continuously assess, plan, and deliver high-quality clinical treatment for clients and their families, ensuring alignment with best care practices.

• Maintain meticulous clinical case histories to support diagnostic evaluations and track the progress of treatment, contributing to data-driven clinical decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current, active professional license to practice in the United States, specifically LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our flexible scheduling allows you to tailor your hours based on client needs and your availability. We provide malpractice insurance coverage, including tail coverage, enabling you to focus entirely on your patients' care without administrative distractions.
