Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health needs to create tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• Posses an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Have received a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Exhibit excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation while managing caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a current license is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in community mental health settings or those who have engaged in crisis intervention or group therapy. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
