Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately. Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a wide-ranging client population that includes adults, adolescents, and families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exemplify excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of forming rapport and establishing therapeutic bonds with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrate strong cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills to maintain thorough and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for new licensed therapists, incentivizing skilled professionals to join our team.
