This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space or a designated office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing your expertise to stabilize situations and provide immediate support.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the communities we serve.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for working with clients from a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time-management abilities to maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting, focusing on mental health counseling and therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other telehealth platforms. Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.
