Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, which include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client, ensuring they are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care and address any emerging needs effectively.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, promoting a supportive recovery environment.

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid, active license in one of the following: LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstration of specialized training or considerable experience in mental health counseling, particularly with a strong grasp of evidence-based practices for a range of disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Your salary will range from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
