Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs and challenges faced by students, tailoring your approach to each individual's unique circumstances.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, focusing on practical skills to help students manage anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and other professionals to coordinate care and support efforts, ensuring an integrated approach to student wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of children and adolescents within the school system, providing care that reflects an understanding of developmental stages and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling and a solid understanding of developmental psychology and evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, including the ability to establish rapport with students and encourage their participation in the therapeutic process.

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
