Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work flexibly while maintaining a connection with students and educational staff. Regular office hours will be primarily observed, although occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate client needs. You will collaborate closely with fellow therapists and educators to ensure students receive holistic care that extends beyond typical therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to evaluate their mental health needs, thereby developing insightful and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Actively engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with case managers, educators, and psychiatrists to ensure a comprehensive care approach, promoting the best possible outcomes for students.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies, supporting students in crisis situations with a compassionate and expert approach, ensuring their safety and immediate needs are addressed。

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma associated with seeking help, empowering students and their families with knowledge and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of students who come from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This role requires sensitivity and cultural competence to effectively support clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, school-related stress, and behavioral challenges. Your contributions will help create a nurturing environment where students feel safe to express themselves and seek help.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
