Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand students' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and other therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Work collaboratively with school personnel to set therapeutic goals and regularly evaluate student progress within their academic and social contexts.

• Offer teletherapy services for students and their families, ensuring consistent access to mental health support, particularly for those with logistical constraints.

• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and case records to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your primary focus will be on students navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license to practice as a mental health professional in the state of Washington, including credentials such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
