Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on youth and families in the Pomona area, encompassing a range of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and developmental concerns. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a doctorate in Psychology.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven proficiency in therapeutic practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in interactions with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates with previous experience working with youth and families, as well as those familiar with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required, enhancing our ability to better serve our diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will receive:
