Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves children, adolescents, and their families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will tailor your approaches to meet the diverse needs of our clients, employing a culturally competent and client-centered methodology that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, including but not limited to LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years in a mental health counseling position is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic modalities or a strong background in crisis intervention, family therapy, or trauma-informed care will be prioritized. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery will also be considered an asset.
