Work Environment\n

This position is designed to provide a flexible work setting by allowing remote access while ensuring high-quality outpatient therapy. Our work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, emphasizing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at The Outlet, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments that delve into patients' trauma histories, allowing for tailored treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and the building of resilience in clients.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methodologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote holistic healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all patients.

• Offering crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies and unexpected patient situations.

• Educational outreach to patients and families regarding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources pertinent to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n
