Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, evaluating patients' trauma histories to identify their unique treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including specialized modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and integrated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy, preferably in trauma-focused settings.
