Our standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on scheduling demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify clients' trauma history and determine suitable treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on fostering trauma recovery and resilience, incorporating client feedback.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.
