Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to assess your patients' trauma histories and identify tailored approaches for healing.

• Collaboratively develop and execute individualized treatment plans steered by the principles of trauma recovery, promoting safety, healing, and resilience.

• Provide evidence-based interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to assist clients in processing their traumatic experiences and learning effective coping strategies.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that the care provided to patients is integrated and comprehensive.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and behavioral support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and the resources available to aid in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with trauma survivors grappling with various challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, and behavioral issues that stem from traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
