Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma history and formulate appropriate treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, developing coping mechanisms, and enhancing their healing journey.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, employing de-escalation strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
