Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma history and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions that guide clients in processing their trauma and enhancing coping strategies.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, particularly in trauma-related emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as either an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
