Vitality Wellness Therapeutic Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to become a vital part of our team. In this full-time role, you will provide specialized mental health care to individuals impacted by trauma, particularly those facing complex trauma and related disorders.

Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home while maintaining a strong connection to our clinical team. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While schedule flexibility may be necessary based on patient needs, your work will be supported by a comprehensive digital infrastructure, allowing for seamless patient interactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and history of trauma.

• Collaborate with patients to create tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and the development of resilience.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
\n
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development relating to trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with adults and adolescents who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing them with the tools and support necessary to successfully navigate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is required.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
