Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and formulate tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and holistic well-being.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate meaningful therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and promote healing through emotional support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to create a cohesive integrated care framework for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support tailored to trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional support.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available support resources to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to PTSD and complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW within the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
