Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and establish tailored treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on promoting trauma recovery, resilience, and long-term mental health stability.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specializing in modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering patients to process their trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote overall healing.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists and members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care and visibility across all services.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, prioritizing the immediate safety and psychological needs of patients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, available coping resources, and how to navigate challenges that arise throughout the recovery process.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals who have experienced complex trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, and significant life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Nevada is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant setting is preferred.

• Substantial knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions designed to support recovery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a solid understanding of relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
