Work Environment\n

As a remote position, the role of Mental Health Therapist offers flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual platforms. While your work will primarily be conducted from home, you will have access to the latest telehealth technologies and resources, allowing for effective patient care and communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to promote understanding of mental health issues and encourage community engagement.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring clients receive integrated and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing mental health emergencies, effectively managing high-pressure situations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

You will serve a diverse clientele in various stages of mental health recovery. Your patients may include children, adolescents, and adults grappling with issues such as trauma, substance use, family dynamics, and emotional regulation. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
