Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, utilizing standardized tools to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), through both individual and group settings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment continuity.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing your skills to manage acute distress in clients during emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety.

As therapists at Valor Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills, which are essential for effective client interactions.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing for effective engagement with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Compensation and Benefits\n
