Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering feedback and resources that empower them throughout their healing journey.

• Adapt therapeutic interventions based on client preferences and progress, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Document client interactions efficiently, tracking progress and adapting treatment plans as required in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health concerns. You will have the opportunity to provide care to individuals ranging from young adults navigating the challenges of early adulthood to older adults seeking to cope with life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate rapport building with clients in a virtual setting.

• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of client experiences and mental health challenges.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills that enable you to effectively handle a remote workload and maintain accurate session documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy services through telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or focused on the treatment of specific populations (e.g., children, veterans, LGBTQ+ community).

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
