Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for personalized mindfulness practice development.

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions—including guided meditation, breathwork, and emotional regulation strategies—to enhance clients' overall well-being and stress management techniques.

• Facilitate dynamic group workshops and classes, focusing on stress management, mindfulness practices, and resilience-building strategies, empowering participants to thrive.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices tailored to individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting each client's holistic growth journey.

• Document client progress meticulously, track the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions, and update treatment plans regularly to reflect evolving client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
