Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address their unique challenges.

• Provide individual therapy using various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to facilitate personal growth and overall well-being.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress to adapt treatment strategies as needed.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges with in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure quality care delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Zen Haven, we serve a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, facing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of Nevada.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zen Haven offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
