Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space. You will primarily work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families to consider developmental stages and environmental factors.

• Provide evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy to effectively address mental health challenges.

• Work alongside child psychiatrists and fellow therapists to develop integrated care plans that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Respond to mental health crises, offering immediate support and intervention as necessary.

• Educate families on mental health conditions and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues. This includes providing therapeutic support to those suffering from anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and ADHD, amongst other conditions. Your role is crucial in helping these young individuals navigate their challenges and achieve improved emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and relevant therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy, especially to children and adolescents.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with young patients and their families.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

• A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we prefer candidates who have a robust background in multi-faceted therapeutic approaches tailored for children and adolescents. Experience working in community mental health settings or outpatient offices will be a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 105,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to attract the best talent.
