Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling via teletherapy to a caseload of low-acuity clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of low-acuity adults seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and relationship difficulties. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients, ensuring that they receive the attention and care necessary to improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a mental health professional, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience.
