Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect our holistic approach to care.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, and depending on your expertise, facilitate family, marriage, and/or group counseling sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Perform mental health screenings and evaluations, offering professional guidance on accessing appropriate services and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing your insights to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering a yearly compensation of $100,000 to $105,000.
