Vitality Therapy Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing essential mental health services to children and adolescents in the Seattle, Washington area. The ideal candidate will hold licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW and bring at least two years of clinical experience to our practice.

This position is remote, catering to the needs of our outpatient office by connecting therapists with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to evaluate their emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, taking into consideration developmental stages, cultural backgrounds, and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders, providing active and empathetic support.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that empower caregivers to create nurturing, supportive environments at home.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and other professionals in care management to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support and guidance during acute mental health emergencies affecting young clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to promote informed choices.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal requirements, contributing to a culture of safety and accountability.

• Actively engage in team meetings and case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
