Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual counseling sessions and, where applicable, lead family, marriage, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Research and connect clients with community resources such as food assistance, child services, and healthcare options to enhance their overall well-being.

• Effectively respond to crisis situations, demonstrating the capacity to manage emergencies related to child welfare and mental health crises.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner using our specialized telehealth software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a therapist at Headway Clinics, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and various age groups. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients cope with a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to interpersonal conflicts and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) , Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) , or Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Must possess an active state license in your respective field (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of individual and family counseling.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic support.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in providing treatment for co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
