Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure quality care delivery.

• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education activities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and staying current with best practices in mental health therapy.

• Engage in outreach initiatives and community education efforts to address mental health awareness and access to services for underrepresented populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a wide range of backgrounds and mental health issues. Our community health clinic primarily serves individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and there is a strong emphasis on cultural competence and inclusion in our therapeutic practices. You will collaborate with clients through varying stages of mental health challenges, ensuring that their unique circumstances and goals shape the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing therapy in mental health or behavioral health settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proven proficiency in conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective evidence-based interventions.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
