Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions for individuals, employing evidence-based methodologies to ensure effective mental health care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, continuously monitoring progress through symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize digital platforms to enhance therapy experiences, and integrate self-guided resources to support clients in their self-help journeys.

• Participate in routine consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment approaches, share client progress, and refine therapeutic strategies.

Our primary focus is on adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and those at risk of suicide. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
