Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to form individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver personalized therapy services to individuals and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address diverse mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic care for clients. This may involve creating joint treatment strategies, referrals, and regular team meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, demonstrating empathy and professional expertise to help clients navigate their distressing situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health resources and stigma reduction, effectively engaging with local organizations and stakeholders.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in working effectively with a broad spectrum of individuals from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
