Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions virtually through our telehealth platform. You'll be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to monitor patient progress, document treatments, and communicate effectively with your colleagues and families. Our flexible scheduling allows you to provide care on weekdays, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while occasional evening shifts may be needed based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of children and adolescents within a telehealth framework.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that account for developmental stages, family dynamics, and clinical evidence.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy, tailored to the individual and their specific challenges.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with our team of experienced child psychiatrists and other professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.

• Educate children, adolescents, and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources that support ongoing care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Offer proactive crisis intervention during mental health emergencies through virtual platforms when necessary.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments and best practices in child and adolescent mental health, bringing innovative ideas to team discussions.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years who are facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and adjustment issues. You will work closely with families to foster a supportive environment that contributes to the overall mental well-being of young clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in working with young patients, providing both individual and family therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with children, adolescents, and families.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and coordination of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience in a direct therapy role, especially within outpatient mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a sign-on bonus to help you transition into this rewarding opportunity.
