Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of children and adolescents.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each child’s developmental stage and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at empowering parents and caregivers to foster supportive environments for their children.

• Work collaboratively with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and welfare of young patients.

• Educate families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance understanding and support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, professional development workshops, and continue to stay updated on the latest research in child and adolescent mental health.

• Contribute to team discussions on improving service delivery and patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid clinical license is needed; candidates may hold a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or be a licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated ability in child and adolescent mental health treatment, particularly in delivering both individual and family therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and ability to document clinical work efficiently.

• A collaborative mindset and experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in a mental health setting focusing on children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually depending on experience.
