Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans and therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Four Winds Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and various behavioral health disorders. You will also have the opportunity to apply trauma-informed care principles and consider developmental aspects of mental health across all age groups, including children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as an Associate (LMHC-A) is essential.

• At least one year of experience in behavioral health or mental health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
