Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Growth and Healing, you will engage with a broad spectrum of patients experiencing various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and various treatment methodologies, particularly evidence-based practices.

• Experienced in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies for varied populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trusting relationships with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
