Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Applying evidence-based therapy techniques to individuals and families to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to formulate an initial discharge plan tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions based on existing treatment plans.

• Creating initial treatment plans post-assessment and coordinating necessary additional services, ensuring they are updated as needed.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the state of Texas.

Carriage Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
