Work Environment\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work remotely, allowing you the convenience of managing your professional duties from anywhere while maintaining a focus on work-life balance. Our hours are designed to respect your personal time, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have access to a range of telehealth tools and resources to effectively engage with your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, meticulously evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans, aligning clinical interventions with the client’s specific goals, preferences, and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders.

• Provide educational resources and therapeutic support to clients and their families, promoting awareness of mood disorders and strategies to enhance self-care.

• Regularly monitor client progress to ensure treatment efficacy, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals in integrated care efforts, ensuring comprehensive treatment modalities that benefit client outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health, particularly regarding mood disorders, to enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid license in Washington State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• Excellent proficiency in employing evidence-based treatment modalities specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong aptitude for collaborating effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.

• A demonstrated history of successful outcomes in treating clients with mood disorders through tailored interventions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and experiences.
