Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions with clients to evaluate their mental health status and progress.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals, frequently adjusting them as required.

• Utilize suitable therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to address clients' specific needs.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and all relevant client interactions within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and make necessary referrals as clients require additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will support a diverse clientele with various mental health issues, ranging from children to adults. Your caseload may include clients struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disturbances, substance dependency, and trauma-related conditions. A culturally competent approach is essential, as you will work closely with individuals from various backgrounds, adapting your strategies to meet their unique needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatments and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
