Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive preliminary interviews and assessments, meticulously documenting each client's progress from initial consultation through the entirety of their treatment journey.

• Evaluating clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health to inform individualized intervention and recovery strategies.
\n
• Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups, integrating therapeutic modalities best suited to each client's unique background and challenges.

• Facilitating dynamic individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting resilience and coping skills.
\n
• Closely monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring accountability and support.
\n
• Collaborating efficiently with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and social workers, to create comprehensive intervention plans.

• Engaging in proactive follow-ups to coordinate ongoing care for clients, particularly those requiring inpatient services.

• Identifying potential barriers to recovery and implementing proactive strategies to mitigate risk.

• Providing critical support and training for family members and primary caregivers to manage mental and behavioral challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients across various age groups and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who are experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in mental health will be instrumental in fostering a safe environment where clients feel heard, validated, and supported on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a state-recognized equivalent.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Prior experience in mental health counseling, equipped with practical knowledge of therapeutic techniques and assessment tools.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records systems such as AVATAR to enhance patient care and streamline documentation processes.

• Familiarity with the best practices established by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

• Knowledge of underlying physical and emotional health conditions and an understanding of addiction disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with the added incentive of a sign-on bonus for successful applicants.
