Work Environment\n

This position operates within an outpatient office setting, allowing for flexibility to work from home while still maintaining strong connections with our clinical team. You will adhere to a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM , with potential evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders to identify their individual needs and recovery goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's specific challenges.

• Provide individual counseling sessions using motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate meaningful progress in clients’ recovery journeys.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, promoting a sense of community and shared experience among clients in recovery.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic treatment approaches for our clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention support for clients in emergency situations related to substance use, providing timely and compassionate assistance.

• Educate clients and their families on the nature of addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources to support long-term wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, clinical consultations, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within California.

• Robust understanding of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, as well as a commitment to recovery-oriented care.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
