Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, you will engage in a wide range of responsibilities that directly influence client outcomes:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Provide ongoing support and guidance for clients experiencing a variety of challenges, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, etc.) from an accredited institution.

• An active license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• A proven track record of at least two years of clinical experience in therapy, demonstrating an ability to manage complex cases effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to navigate challenging conversations and foster rapport with clients

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, applicants with proficiency in therapeutic frameworks such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be given preference. Additionally, a background in case management can enhance the level of care delivered to clients.
