Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psycho-social assessments to accurately diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, modifying plans as necessary based on patient progress and shifting needs.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, treatment programs, and additional mental health providers, enhancing patient outcomes through a comprehensive support network.

• Collaborate actively with families, significant others, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment strategies.

• Maintain a high level of compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, consistently operating within the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and community services that can support their journey toward wellness.

• Assess and prioritize cases based on patient needs and status, acting decisively to coordinate care and address any potential delays or obstacles to treatment.

• Provide psychosocial consultations and support during crises, as well as post-event debriefings for staff involving Employee Assistance Program where necessary.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring they have a voice in their treatment and access to resources that align with their care plans.

• Engage in professional development and training to advance your skills and stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral disorders. This role will require sensitivity to cultural and individual differences, emphasizing the importance of personalized care based on each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
